This Refund Policy governs the purchase of video generation credits and digital services on AI Roundabout. These services are owned and operated by Roundabout Media LLC-FZ, a registered free-zone entity established under the jurisdiction of Meydan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. Registration Number: 2532971.01.

We strive to provide the best possible service to our creators and influencers. This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, performance waivers, and refunds.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Our services, including the purchase of video generation credits, are strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By purchasing credits or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract under applicable law. We do not knowingly market to or collect data from individuals under 18.

3. Statutory Right of Cancellation (UK & EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right under consumer protection laws to cancel your purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

4. Express Consent & Waiver of Cancellation Rights

By purchasing video generation credits and expressly requesting immediate access to the platform's services, or by using any credits to generate videos before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You provide your express consent to the immediate performance of the contract (the instant provisioning of digital credits).
• You acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel the purchase and request a refund once the digital performance has begun or a single credit has been consumed.
• If you have purchased a credit package, have not used any credits, and wish to exercise your statutory right to cancel within the 14-day window, you should contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Outside of the statutory 14-day cooling-off window for unused credits, all video generation credits are non-refundable. However, discretionary refunds or credit reinstatements may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• Documented technical failures on our platform that entirely prevent video generation.
• Significant quality issues or processing glitches directly attributable to platform-side system errors.
• Verifiable unauthorized charges or systemic billing errors.

6. Custom & Enterprise Plans

Refund requests and cancellation terms for Custom and Enterprise plans are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the explicit terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and jurisdictions specified in your individual corporate contract. Please reach out to your account manager or contact our support channels to discuss enterprise billing queries.

Except as provided by mandatory local consumer laws, the following items and scenarios are strictly ineligible for refunds:

• Successfully generated, processed, and downloaded avatar videos.
• Custom avatar creation and training services once the asset generation process has begun.
• Third-party integrations, API add-ons, or custom developer tools.
• Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of the original purchase transaction.
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

This Refund Policy, its interpretation, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of this policy shall be brought exclusively before the courts of England and Wales, subject to mandatory local consumer protection laws that grant users the right to bring claims in their home countries.
