Welcome to AI Roundabout! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI avatar video generation platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our website (the "Service").

The Service is owned and operated by Roundabout Media LLC-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, with its registered office located at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our governing jurisdiction. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities under your account.

Age Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make purchases, or use our Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable consumer laws.

3. Billing, Payments, and Cancellation Rights

AI Roundabout offers services that can be purchased using personal credit or debit cards. By providing your payment information, you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

UK & EU Statutory Cancellation Rights (Cooling-Off Period):

If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain digital contracts within 14 days of purchase.

However, by purchasing personal credits, subscriptions, digital content, or services through AI Roundabout, you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of digital content and services.

You acknowledge and agree that once access to the digital content, subscriptions, credits, downloads, generated content, or services begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights relating to defective services, faulty digital content, misrepresentation, or any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

4. Content Generation and Usage

Our Service allows you to generate AI avatar videos using our technology. You are responsible for the content you create and distribute using our Service. You agree not to use our Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
• Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Generate content for the purpose of fraud, scams, or deception
• Create deepfakes of real individuals without proper consent and disclosure

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership rights to the content you create using our Service. However, by using our Service to generate content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media formats for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

Our Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Roundabout and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall AI Roundabout, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any other matter relating to the Service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and/or via email.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, your use of the Service, and any dispute, claim, or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England & Wales.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in England & Wales, and you hereby consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
